It would seem to me that the MB/GPW would stop with a lot less pedal
pressure if you
replaced the fixed pivot shoes with ones having the adjuster at the bottom
allowing the
brakes to give you what I believe is called the duo-servo action.
Do they sell such a retrofit kit?
