The jack on E-bay is not the M-151 or M-151-A1 jack that originally
came with the vehicle. This one is a late style wide type scissors jack
from a M-151-A2. The jack that came with the M-151 and 151-A1 is a screw
type jack like the WW II jeep used. A scissors type jack was used on the
M-151-A2 but it was a thinner width than the one on Ebay. The later wide
scissors jack was retro fitted to A1's and A2's as the wider foot of the
jack prevented it from sinking in the ground and tipping over. While not
original, these are a much safer jack to use.
