Military Marketplace in Bainbridge GA has them. 912-243-0430

>From their 128 page catalog:
"Doo Doo" or Monkey Turd" Transmitter. Made to resemble the items it's name
describes. Actually functions as a homing device or location transmitter. Comes
with a xerox copy of the page in Keith Melton's book "CIA Special Weapons and
Equipment", describing this device. A small quantity turned ujp recently but this
is the only source known to exist. Quite rare - also comes with a color copy of
shipping package showing 1969-1970 date... $85.00

If you don't have their catalog, you may just want to go ahead & get it. They
have lots of stuff to put in MVs, but also have MV related equipment too. I've
gotten all sorts of stuff from them and have been very happy with everything I've
gotten.
