The wipers are air pressure operated. Turn the wiper air valve counter-
clockwise quite a few turns. You might have to manually move them
the first try as the motors stick after sitting a while.
Do yourself a favor. Try to get some driving experience in a smaller
truck. I don't feel comfortable knowing someone is driving a large truck

knowledge of it. I foresee another M151 fiasco with so many inexperienced
people jumping into these trucks. IE: wreck, lawsuit against the gov.,
then the demilling of trucks.
