Some time back, I swapped out a cap. Found that there was some interference
and I had to go in with a dremel to clean up the cap.
Some of the "knockoffs" do not fit as well as a NOS.
Best to remove the distributor and carefully searchout and correct any
interference.
Cap inserts should drop over the coil/rotor assembly easily.
Electrically, I haven't had the caps fail.
Make sure the venting system is working as well also.
