Toe in is actually easy to measure.
Jack up both front wheels.
Spin one wheel and make a chalk line along the center of the tire tread.
Spin the other whell and make a chalk line along the center of the tire
tread.
Measure the distance between the lines in the front most part of the tire
and the back.
Subtract the two and divide by 4. That will give you the toe in for each
wheel from center or divide by 2 to get relative toe in
