Something you guys failed to notice is that when a person withdraws or
deposits ten thousand dollars or more the bank is required to report
this transaction to the IRS or some gov bureau (I forget which) I
believe this is the law so both the buyer and seller will eventually be
noticed by someone in the gov? Not sure if this totally correct but
check it out with your banker first. The buyer may not have a problem
but the seller will if he doesn't report his earnings. Also if you
complete a transation like this and there is a prob and the seller turns
out to be alittle shady and the buyer gets burned the IRS always likes
to know. K
