It isn't all NH and AL registrations that are denied, but residents of
this county with a title from there with our current address afixed to the
document. They are well aware of what is being done and choose not to
allow it. You would think they would want to add the vehicle to the tax
rolls, but not the case. Attorneys cost money, in this hick town, you
will not get a fair shake at the bench. Is it wrong, YES, but nobody here
seems willing to fight it. My wife works for an attourney and he passed
on it! He tried to help me get all the county tax rules for this topic
and was not successful. Just a bunch of good old boys sticking up for
each other. There is a state trooper here who "runs" the whole show in
regard to obtaining titles. He boasts about the number of vehicles he has
had impounded or destroyed! You maybe get a feel for how it goes around
here. It is easy to say go fight it, but all together different to
actually get anything done unless there is lots of money to through at it.
