I assume that you have pulled the airpack out already. Basically you need
someone with smaller hand to get a wrench on the top bolt. Usually take two
people. I get my son to hold the bolt while I put the ratchet on the nut
using an inspection mirror to see what I am doing. Uncheap and buy a 3/8"
and a 1/2" air ratchet from one of the cheapskie tool outfits, make little
chores like this a bit easier.
