your right Daniel , it wasnt the dukw 's problem it self .it was the
maintenance of the vehicle.the owners should have checked and rechecked the
work. as i stated before the vehicle up to that time had a safe record.even
with the surrey top on it,and fully loaded it would have been ok if it hadnt
been for that discharge tube problem it would have been a safe trip.
