Tom,
I went out & checked my CUCV. The rims are stamped DOT "T" 15X8 JJ
2230-LBS MAX 50PSI One rim is stamped three times around the edge, one is
stamped twice, and two are stamped once. Don't know if that'll help, but that's
all that's stamped on the rims.
Sorry but I can't remember the name of the junkyard, I'll find out on Monday
if you're interested. Just south of Stockbridge, Ga, a mile or so off of hwy 138
is a junkyard that is only trucks! I haven't been there in a while, but I imagine
they may have the rims you're looking for. I was looking for the shock mount for
a 1969 GMC. He only had Chevys with coil springs for that vintage. Most of his
trucks were 1980's-1990's.
We ended up finding the part for the truck at another local shop Johnson Used
Auto Parts, County Line Road, Griffin, Ga. They have a website and internet sales
now, so you may want to check their site. http://www.autosalvage.org/ If you're
interested in dealing with them, I can drive my CUCV by for them to match the
rims.
Hope this helps,
Brian Mead
