Mike is correct. The 180-Amp system was for use with the Xenon searchlight
system and the details of that installation kit were shown in
TM11-2300-351-15-3.
The 100-amp kit was generally used to upgrade the 25-Amp system on the M151
and A1 so that special equipment, such as radios, could be installed. The
details of the 100-Amp kit are shown in TM9-2320-218-20. The M151A2 came
equipped with a 60-amp alternator as standard.
