Winch and lights for Military Humvee

Has anybody out there added a winch to their military Humvee? I'm thinking
of doing it, but not sure which one to buy, or how to/not to install it.
What kind of costs are we talking about? Also considering some additional
lights, but not sure if I need to go with 24 volt stuff, or tap straight
into one of the batteries.

Any help will be appreciatted.
