A couple of months ago I had posted a question to the list about correct
wheels for the M3 anti-tank gun. They have one as a saluting battery at the
school my sons go to. The gun appears to be a very early production model
and has the "drop center wheel" (3" dia center hole and 3 3/8ths" between
the adjacent studs). One wheel is rusted to death while the other is ok. I
have been trying to find one of these to replace the rusted one....but to
no avail. Does anyone have any idea where one might be found (and perhaps
how much one would be expected to cost) or any suggestions for alternative
wheels? I have extra jeep wheels, but they are about 3 1/2" between studs
and would need some fabricated adaptor to fit.
