I placed a bid on a DRMS auction at the end of last summer via the
internet web site and it didn't give the option for an electronic
End-Use certificate to be filed at the same time so I couldn't submit
it with the bid. I received a letter from DRMS after the auction was
closed with the certificate telling me I needed to fill it out and
get it back to them as quickly as possible as I had placed the high
bid on the truck I wanted. This had me confused as I had called them
a couple days prior to getting the letter to find out if I got the
truck or not. I was too impatient to what by the mailbox to find out
the slow way. They told me all 10 trucks were won by the same guy. So
when I called up the person that had sent me the letter I told them
there must be some mistake as I was told I didn't get it. She checked
with the office that had forwarded the winners down to her and found
out they sent her an incorrect copy and that they were corect about
someone else outbidding me. Anyhow, I would call them about the
certificate as they might have already sent you one via the mail but
it shouldn't be a problem submitting after the fact.
