One reason for that is it isn't an M656.
If it has a fifth wheel assembly it's either an M757 or an M656 with
the cargo body hacked off and butchered.
My guess is it's an M757 with the upper cab and windshield removed.
With the weights on the frame I'd guess it was either used as a plow
truck or a stump puller. The winches on those things could drag the
Statue of Liberty clear to Chicago.
At least he included a picture so you don't waste a lot of time trying
to find out what it is.
If anybody wants one, there are better examples at better prices.
