That's a good question!

I was told by one of the local guard mechanics that it 'the CARC paint',
would eventually bleed through any type of paint put over it. He said that
the equipment being painted would have to be taken down to the bare metal,
and prepped, to prevent it from happening.

Any voices of experience have any recommendations and procedures?
