Andy,
Congrats on your new M-35.

The tool rack you referered to is called a pioneer rack. It holds a short,
D-handle shovel, a pick and an axe.

The bars in the tool box may be for use in changing the tires. The lug nut
wrench requires a long bar to leverage the lugs and studs on the wheels.
