I have an M59 A.P.C. for sale or trade. It has 70 hours on it from new
(!!!), and is exceptionally complete and original. Have not tried to
start it. It rolls and steers and brakes freely. It has been stored
INDOORS for 10 years+. Comes with a release letter from the Army.
All interior components, racks, instruments, controls, switches, seats,
compartment covers, upholstery, electrical and radio wiring, etc., etc.,
appear to be intact and in excellent (but filthy) condition. Requires
complete cosmetics from it's 45 year rest. Some surface rust.
Rubber tracks, road wheels, idler wheels, appear as new. Starboard
rubber skirt has a 6" tear in it
Exterior complete, undented (except one 2" dent in tail light housing)
and with all original military lights, backout lights, brackets, racks,
etc. in place.
Powered by two GMC straight 6's. 318 ci.d. Parts can be bought any auto
parts store. Easy to work on. 30 m.p.h.
Amphibious ( :)))) ).
Has rear "power ramp" and all controls / systems for operation. Ramp
also has an armored man door in it.
Commander's cupola is complete (except "V" mount for .50) and totally
functional.
This is a very nice piece of Armor.
The M59 lives in Western New York.
