M35 - How to turn on Windshield wipers?

I've only had the truck a few days and last night took a cursory look at the
wipers. I don't see how they turn on. I do see that they must work off air.
Can someone help with this? Is this an item I will want to convert to
electric, or do they work ok? Thanks.
