Very little has been written about these vehicles as they were so effective
that they got hit with a very high secrecy rating.
They were a product of Jasper Masqueline (the pre-war magician) and
worked along the same principle as the lighting pulse rate which will
cause epileptic fits in people. Hence the laws that regulate the flashes
per minute of disco lighting etc.
