Steps back in amazement. . . . . . .there's posh for you, I'll have to look
for it but unfortunately Meridian isn't very popular here.

Of course they don't have VAT in the US either. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Cash will do nicely, thank you.

Ah, so its Nigel who can plait (braid, for our US chums) sawdust.

Summer better start PDQ since its been like Feb since Feb, cold. grey and
seriously wet, did we get wet on Hill 112 Nige or did we get wet ?

We do hope the Oberbeltringführer Rex has a direct line to the Clerk of the
Weather, as a precaution I have ordered Andreas KK Mehlhorn to bring the
Heereswaffenamt approved sun with him on Operatzione Seelöwe this year as
the present, highly intermittent and weak Lucas* one, seems to have now
failed completely.

*Thinking about it, its so bad it might be a Wipac or worse, a Miller one.

Do be aware that the charges can be truly horrendous using a US registered
phone, eg., to call a US phone of any type from here is an expensive
international call + cellphone tariff as applicable, then the recipient here
will pay for it to come back over the water again. You could be looking at
$10/min, for someone from the land of free calls this will be seriously
exciting.

While I'm on my feet as it were, a report from Robin Craig (Canada) who is
here abouts at present, he passes his greetings to the esteemed list, has
found a substantial number of Ferrets and mil LRs in these southern counties
and is looking forward to meeting people at Beltring next week. I wont say
what he said about the weather though. . . . . . . . . .

Robin is available on a UK cell phone if needed: 07944 040635 (outside the
UK that would be 00 44 7944 040635)
