Yes, Brandon, the Pandas were real good team players... As for
Mil-Veh sightings, there were a lot of PLA convoys,
unfortunately in Tibet, where you don't really want to see
them...
Some old USSR technology, some newer Chinese Mil transport....
Army or Police, the line seems very blurred to our western
eyes...A lot of muscle-flexing and showing-off power to the
masses...
