Just a heads up for those of you that get Discovery Channel
on SKY TV or Cable in the UK and Europe.
A pilot show for a new series will be screened on Monday
24th July at either 22:00 or 22:30, the show is called "Wheels at War".
It is presented by Jim Dowdall, a well known Stunt man (James Bond movies
and "A Bridge too Far"), and deals with important military vehicles, the
people
who used them, and the conditions they were used in.
The first show concentrates on German W.W.II motorcycles, and will feature
interviews with veterans that used the machines and feature recently shot
scenes of the bikes in action.
