Here is an interesting piece of information. I don't remember seeing this on
the list. Lets see if it ever sees the light of camoflage. Apparently Ford,
the army and the University of Louisville are trying to come up with a new
military vehicle using the super duty trucks. The program is called IMPACT
an acronym for "Improved Materials and Powertrain Architectures for Trucks"
- supports the development of lightweight and durable truck technologies for
dual use in tactical military trucks. The article is interesting. There is a
picture of what appears to be a camo Excursion. Check it out. Looks pretty
cool. Maybe us civilians can order one up from Ford.
