Congress. The Library of Congress has copies of the manuals listed in BSIR
on film. Prints from the film are available. A search fee of $10 is charged
for each manual ordered. The search fee covers the cost of the first 25
pages of the manual. If the manual is more than 25 pages long, 50 cents is
charged for each additional page.

...so do include the PB-number but don't include your American Express Card
number....
