I was wondering whether the MVPA was aware of this outrageous new almost law which could result in the confiscation of ALL military gear in the hands of collectors, so I called up their site.

I got an error message. Apparently their server is down. Anybody else have trouble? Seems to me our organization should be leading the charge against this type of repressive legislation.
