I recieved an email from Lee Holland, President of the MVPA, yesterday. I
guess I said something that touched a raw nerve???
Anyway, following is the important part of his message:

MVPA HAS DONE ON THE SUBJECTS YOU MENTIONED. JUST SO YOU KNOW I SPENT
SEVERAL HOURS AND MADE NINE PHONE CALLS ON OUR BEHALF REGARDING THE HR4207
ISSUE. AS I WRITE THIS I AM WAITING ON TWO MORE RETURN CALLS ON THIS ISSUE.

So they are doing something. I stand corrected I guess. I plan to go to
the member meeting and find out what is going on with all the hot issues
like the import ban as well as this one. The more the better.
