A friend of mine has written a book about the LRGD... I can ask him how you
can get a copy if you are interested... My Friend's name is Peter Clayton...
if you do any further research on the LRDG you will find the name Clayton
mentioned... my friend's father was one of the founding members of the
LRDG... and he organises landrover safari trips around the western desert
each year too... perhaps you'd be interested in a "battlefield tour" as
well... If he's happy for me to do it, I may be able to let you have his
phone number - I'm fairly certain he's not on email.
