If you are clever and patient with a razor blade, you can cut the reflective
tape into all sorts of patterns, lettering, you name it. It makes it much
less obvious.
My local sign shop has lots of odd left over pieces of the magnetic signs. I
get lots of 1 inch wide magnets. Stick your cut out reflective tape to
these, and you have something that looks ok, isn't too obvious a safety
marker, and is easily removable at the other end.
