funny but below is exactly what they are trying to go to with sealed bid sales at
all locations. they are even talking about doing away with the web auctions they
are having.

still will be some best buddy at the right place and time deals. whoops i mean
rip off the tax payer private treaty deals, but not as many from what the tell me
locally.
