Jeff and I are taking the opportunity to spend a few days working on the jeep
and trailer. I have two trailers and trying to make one out of them. Today i
am having it sandblasted and I have found a local welder who is going to weld
a new floor on.
The trailer has a long bar with a ball hitch, the other spare trailer ,which
is on poor shape, has the original stand and bracket but someone has welded a
ball hitch onto the original piece. Am I making any sense?
I would like to know if any DSMV members can help me with pictures of how the
hitch should look, and where any resources are for replacement parts. I need
a needle pin hitch, and how to make it fit what I have? I believe I do have
the original hitch but it has been modified, and at this moment I an unable
to remove it as it has been welded where they added the new ball hitch.
