Hello list,
Passed by this in the man's yard Friday while I was working. He said I
could post it on the list. All the usual caveats apply.
Jeep trailer, M416 I believe. Flat fenders, both very solid. Painted
black. Minimal surface rust. Tailgate hinge stiff but works. NDT tires
and a spare non NDT thrown in. Hand brake. Landing leg. Has the original
tie downs. Has a piece of angle iron across the outside of the tailgate
(bolted, I think). No lunette; the hitch has been cut off and a plate
welded on with a ball hitch bolted onto that. Asking price $350.
The seller is Bernard Mason and his phone number is 207-625-3333. He
bought it several years a go to haul wood at his camp up north, but says
he only used it once. He doesn't make it up to camp much any more, so he
decided to sell it.
