I have noticed many people commenting/asking about what to do if you are
dually using a 24 volt trailer with 12 or 24 volt systems. There have been
many answers using converters, dropping resistors and other contraptions.
Why go to all that trouble and expense? (And it probably still wouldn't
work right!) The answer shouldn't be a difficult one this day and age!
Well, it isn't. Do many of you know that the military has been using for
some time now a replacement and retrofit "bulb" for the composite light
ass'y made up of a LED ass'y board? It works from 9-36 volts or so. This
should solve your dual voltage problem for your trailers' use. Sincerely,
Julian Burke
