With the engine running, it reads 24.4v when the brake is depressed. I
cleaned all the leads and reconnected them, and still nothing. The drive
light works on both sides, the blackouts work and also the blackout brake
lights (the yellow one at the bottom). It's just the brake/turn signal light
on the passenger side. My brother (an electronics major) just took a look at
it and is totally baffled. I'll keep trying.
