As Doc said there is a lot of NV stuff out there. I have a set of Russian
binoculars that are NV and are excellent. They are not hands free and may
have some shortcomings but they serve the purpose of seeing at night very
well and the price was not bad. I think I paid less than $400.00 several
years ago.
