Just in case you are all wondering.... the back seat was where you had to
sleep whilst you were waiting for the new torsion bar to arrive after one
of the front wheels fell over under hard cornering (i.e. over 10 mph)

There were a whole pile of British cars that only seemed to appear in
their military or RAF guise. I'm thinking of the Standard Vanguard Mk 1
and 2, Commer Cob (Hillman Minx van) - ahhh, it fair takes you back.

All completely useless off a tarmac surface of course.
