If you push too hard on DRMS and or your local DRMO, you will get no
form 97's in the future.
This has been happening more and more with parts looking vehicles, even
though it has been pointed out that legally EVERY
vehicle has a title in the real world, and that DRMS procedure says that
even a parts vehicle needs a form 97. This is often
ignored and the vehicle is sold as "RESIDUE" thus saving the SCO the
trouble of preparing the 97.
THIS IS WHY TITLES UNLIMITED AND BROADWAY TITLE DO SO MANY MILITARY
VEHICLE TITLES!
