If I remeber right, the SBD was recovered by a local man here in Valdosta
Ga. I think I remember him having it at the airport here in one of the
hangers. The man died about 7 years ago of a heart attack and I have no
idea what happened to the airplane. I'll look into it over the next few
weeks and see what I come up with.
