One of the manifolds could be warped. Or, try loosening the four
bolts that hold the manifolds together. These are supposed to be
loose when installing the manifolds. My experience is that it's
best to lightly snug the manifolds to the engine, then do the
same with the bolts that hold the manifolds together, torque
the manifolds to the block, then tighten the four bolts. The
gasket between the manifolds should be replaced now, it'll
save grief later.
