On October 13,2000 A legal action was filed in the United States District
Court of Columbia.
The legal challenge to the refusal by ATF to issue import permits for
military vehicles and equipment has begun.
Thanks to all of you who have helped with funding. We are still raising
funds to get this before a federal Judge which will happen in the next 60
days.
