I had the same problem with mine. First insure that you are infact getting
voltage to the Glow Plugs. I replaced all mine and all 8 glow plugs were in
fact getting power. A diesel mechanic friend of mine told me to put a
tripple dose of fuel system conditioner in the tank and drive it around for
awhile. It worked.
Oh and dont forget..... above 32f throttle half way down till it
starts,below 32f full open.
