My (paranoid... as usual) guess is that the sudden drop in traffic is
probably due to a technical problem.... at NSA's Sugar Grove facility, or
GCHQ's Cheltenham site..... they must really be struggling to try to keep on
top of monitoring all the internet traffic these days........ time to
upgrade those ol' Univac 900o's... guys !!!
