Ok to set the record straight, I have studied the entire pic (eyestrain is
now set in for good). There are only three F111s in the entire pic. They are
located between a row of 3 Delta Daggers, 8 Lockheed Starfighters, and rows
of trucks (too painful to count). What really intrigues me is the 31
Warthogs and 7 General Electric Canberra Bombers (now what the hell are they
doing there???)

Oops, I stand corrected. Found another F111 beside three Hawkeyes. It is
really easy to spot them. When stored on the ground and the wings are swept
they do resemble F14Cs. The only obvious difference from the height in the
pic is that F111s wings cannot be swept back fully therefore leaving a
slight gap between the trailing edge of the main wing and the leading edge
of the elevators. F14 wings can be fully swept and therefore show NO gap.

It's quite amazing just how big F111s are. They aren't however as big as an
F14.

I take this from my military experience as a Police Officer spending
numerous nights as a trainee, on the tarmac at stupid hours of the night and
morning (babysitting) patrolling the Australian F111's when they visited New
Zealand...
