Hard starting Blazer

Hi all!
Well, today was wet and cold(around 40 degrees) and Blazer did not start at
all. Guess this means it's the injector pump, not fuel settling in the fuel
filter.
How do you gleam the GM part number for the injector pump from the National
Stock No.(2910-01-159-0867) and the part number(6471831) and the SMR
Code(PAOZZ)?
Also, is 2 batteries with 650 cold crank big enough for this truck?
