Price on bare block M38A1 engine

I've got a M38A1 block that's been magnafluxed, but has set in my warehouse
for a while and gotten some surface rust. A guy is wanting to buy it from me
and I don't want either of us to get cheated. What is a fair price for a
bare bones MD block that's suppose to be good?
