Re: [MV] date of delivery blank 151A2

In Mar or Apr 99, I was in charge of placing several M151A2s still owned by the US Army in the Ft Sill impact area as direct fire targets for my battalion.  I provided the serial numbers to the list at that time and don't recall the details other than several, if not most, did NOT have the Date of Delivery block stamped.   Since they were still US Army property, it sort of rules out that they were FMS.
