For myself I'm more interested in the why, I have 2 copies of this
particular manual, have been over the thing cover to cover.
What on earth could have been in mind when the thing was "Restricted" in the
1st place?
I talked to the fellow at TACOM that NTIS said was,,,, what? ,,, On the
restriction?
He said he did not know either, but I could probably get access under the
FIA.
All for a manual you can buy nearly anywhere.
Go figure.
