Hi Doug,
Depends on the time frame. I've been there 14 years now and have seen
and heard many strange things. New blades don't arrive at the plant here in
Connecticut, they're built here 100+ACU- from the inside out with more
inspection than anything else I know of around here. Older blades come back
for refurbishing but have the same very rigorous process. Do you have any
other details? In our area we only have people who give a d+ACoAKg-m, the ones who
don't aren't invited to stick around. Sadly there are plenty of places that
just have bodies in the slots.
