I took a day trip today to an old surplus dealer in South Western
Colorado..at one time they had over 100 half tracks there !! Almost "all"
were cut up for scrap !! Some were sold..to collectors..one is here in
Colorado springs. These tracks were driven from Tooule
(or how ever you spell it) Utah..each and every one ran like new..!! I
found some (very few) surprises..The main reason I went down there was to
get some "A" marked bolts..I got 3 or 4 hundred........
I also got some DODGE bushings (brass)..567149..anyone need any..cheap.
Also for a G116..in a nice Continental marked box..screw, 20 each..17 81926
DA 20 113 ORD 10096 OCT 52..cheap to anyone that wants the box.. Also found
a nice new in the box master cylinder that looks like a M715 cyl...marked
920817 on the box..WAGNER LOCKHEED...on the cylinder is cast FD-6656..for
sale reasonable..
Also got 5 gas/air cylinders for the Army WW2 flame thrower..also for
sale..and a few hundred "in the cosmoline"..1/4 X 3/4 coarse "BC" marked
bolts..I believe these are also WILLYS...There are other thing in the
truck..I'll put them on tomorrow...
Oh..forgot to mention..I forgot the box of "A" bolts..I have to get them
mailed up here to me..??%$^%$(^ All for sale.. Gene, Colorado Springs
